1. General Information
1.1. These terms apply to all sales, services, and interactions with Studio Sibién, whether made through our website or direct communication.
1.2. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Please review them regularly.
2. Products
2.1. Our handbags are handmade, and slight variations in design, color, or size may naturally occur.
2.2. We aim to present product images and descriptions as accurately as possible, but colors may appear differently depending on your screen settings.
2.3. Intellectual Property: All content, including product designs, images, and logos, are the exclusive property of Studio Sibién and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
3. Orders and Payments
3.1. All prices are listed in SEK (Swedish Krona). As a small business, Studio Sibién is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged on purchases.
3.2. Full payment must be completed at checkout before your order is confirmed.
3.3. We accept secure payments through Stripe, including:
• Credit and debit cards
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Other local payment methods supported by Stripe
3.4. You will receive an order confirmation by email once your payment is successful.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. We currently ship within Sweden using PostNord.
4.2. Estimated delivery times are typically 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
4.3. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase.
4.4. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in delays or returned packages.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
5.2. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
5.3. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5.4. To start a return, email us at studiosibien@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
6. Warranty and Liability
6.1. We provide a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date.
6.2. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the original purchase price of the item. We are not responsible for indirect damages, loss, or delays.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1. We collect and process personal data such as your name, email, and address to fulfill orders and offer support.
7.2. Your data will only be shared with third parties (like Stripe or PostNord) when necessary to complete your order or meet legal requirements.
